Columbia, SC (m.playmods.net) - The South Carolina Education Lottery's Claims Center will be closed until further notice. However lottery winners can be able to claim their winnings using alternative methods.

Prizes of $500 or less may be used in every south carolina education lottery retail store. The Lottery declares that the cash that is available in certain retail outlets could be restricted. If you're able to wait to claim your prize then the Lottery recommends that you sign the back of the ticket and keep it in a secure location.

The Lottery states that prizes of less than $100,000 may be claimed via mail. Participants can mail their winning ticket with a copy of their photograph identification (driver's license or military ID, state or national or passport) along with an unsigned request document at the address printed on the reverse of their ticket. The check will be sent when it is possible. Players must make a duplicate or take a photo of the back and front of their winning tickets for documents as the possibility of losing the ticket rests at the discretion of the person who won the ticket.

The players are asked to contact for the Lottery toll-free at (803)-253-4004 Follow the instructions to leave a voice message if they have won greater than $100,000. The winners must mark the reverse of the winning ticket and keep it in a secure place.

The winning tickets that are expired or expire after March 17th 2020 will be processed and accepted for a time specified by the Lottery. The tickets can be filed either by postal mail, or at the Claims Center in person following that the Claims Center is reopened. For more information about instant games in which the closing date for claims has passed March 17 2020 visit this page. Tickets that expire before the 17th of March, 2020 can't be used.
